From Four Corners/Black Diamond:
- Head northwest on Highway 169 (Maple Valley/Black Diamond Road)
- Turn left on SE 240th Street (there is a stop light at this intersection – the next stop light will be at the intersection of Witte Road and Highway 169 and then you’ve gone too far)
- Turn right on 225th Avenue SE (this road goes behind the new Columbia bank)
- Follow 225th until you turn into the parking lot for Maple Valley Center
- Custom Fit Nutrition is located in Maple Valley Center, Suite #201, 2nd floor, end of hallway
From Maple Valley:
- Head southeast on Highway 169 toward Black Diamond (Maple Valley/Black Diamond Road)
- Turn right, directly into parking lot of Maple Valley Center (just up the hill from the intersection of Witte Road & Highway 169, past the Chevron on your right)
